Elderly Greene County Man Apprehended In The Buff, Hospitalized
(GREENE COUNTY) - Greene County police had an unusual incident to deal with yesterday morning that involved a man without clothes, self-inflicted injuries and an accosted woman.
The Greene County Daily World reports 70-year-old Freddie Lennings forced his way into a neighbor's home, eventually removed his clothing, allegedly accosted the woman in the home, chased her to her daughter's home, allegedly stabbed the daughter's husband twice in the arm with a fish stringer, ran back to the first woman's home, locked himself in and reportedly started cutting himself with a knife.
Officers took Lennings to Bloomington Hospital where he underwent surgery, however, no information has been released as to his current condition nor any criminal charges he may be facing.
