Paoli Woman Arrested While Reporting Crime

(PAOLI) - Tip for the day, if you’re wanted for a crime, don’t go to the local Sheriff’s office and report another one.
State police in Jasper say 38-year-old Lachelle Rick of Paoli stopped in to the Orange County jail to report a crime, however, when they ran information on Ms. Rick, Orange County police discovered she was wanted on a warrant for theft.
Rick was taken into custody and lodged in the Orange County jail.
No word on what crime she was originally reporting.
