(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomingtonian has been given another chance to head to Washington, DC, and has said she’ll go.

The Bloomington Herald Times reports Indiana University School of Law Professor Dawn Johnsen will join President-Elect Barack Obama's transition team, to be part of his Department of Justice Review Team.

Johnsen worked in former President Bill Clinton's Justice Department, at one point serving as Deputy Attorney General and head of the Office of Legal Counsel, as recently as 1998.

Professor Johnsen has been serving as a constitutional law professor at the IU School of Law since arriving in Bloomington, and will continue her teaching duties full time during the transition phase.
