Firemen Investigating Blaze That Took Out Two Bedford Apartments
Last updated on Wednesday, November 19, 2008
(BEDFORD) - An investigation is underway to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a pair of apartments south of Bedford Monday afternoon.
The Marion Township Fire Department received the call shortly after 3:00pm Monday to the Pioneer Apartments near the intersection of US-50 and IN-37.
Firefighters were on the scene for about 4 hours handling the blaze that destroyed both units, and was helped along by Monday's strong winds.
Firefighters report all the residents made it out and no one was injured.
