Indiana Supreme Court To Hear Arguments In Bloomington

(BLOOMINGTON) - If you’ve ever wondered about how the Supreme Court works, you can get first-hand experience this Thursday in Bloomington.
The Indiana Supreme Court will be hearing arguments in the moot court room at the Indiana University School of Law Thursday, in a case regarding a landlord, tenant dispute.
The case, Klotz v. Hoyt, regards two women who were in a dispute and left an apartment 6 weeks into a 1 year lease in Muncie, and the landlord assessed penalties and damages.
The gavel comes down Thursday at noon.
