Bloomington Restauranteur In Coma In Ft. Wayne
(BLOOMINGTON) - The owner of a Bloomington restaurant is in a coma, and police in Fort Wayne want to know why.
A report in the Bloomington Herald Times says Wim Pok, the owner of the Siam House Thai restaurant on Bloomington's 4th Street near campus, has suffered a head injury and bleeding on the brain, leaving the woman in a coma.
Bloomington Police Department's Captain Joe Qualters told the paper that Fort Wayne police requested police files regarding a former Bloomington businessman, but Fort Wayne police can't say if the incident was an accident, or an attack.
Pok was in Fort Wayne opening up a new Siam House restaurant, and the incident happened just outside the location.
