(UNDATED) - Tens of thousands of Anthem customers could face higher health-care bills or disruptions in service if they seek care from eleven St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers in Indiana after November 2nd.
That's when the hospital system plans to sever ties with the state's largest commercial health-care insurer in a dispute over reimbursement rates.
