(BEDFORD) - You could call it the house of bad luck. Bedford police are currently investigating an armed robbery and a separate burglary that happened at the same Lincoln Avenue home in a matter of two days.

Tuesday night, around 8:00pm, a home on the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue was reportedly broken into by two armed men in black masks, and told the woman in the home to sit in the living room as they hauled off their stereo system, and then told her to stay in the bedroom as they left.

Then, the next morning, according to police reports, as the woman was next door at a friend's house, her home was burglarized and two guitars and an amplifier were lifted. Police weren't notified about either incident until about 7:00pm last night by the woman's husband.

The victims say the two men wore black masks and long sleeved shirts and blue jeans. One was 6'2" 215 pounds and had blue eyes. The other was 6' even and 225 pounds with green eyes, and the pair reportedly drove off in a green 1994 Pontiac Grand Am.

Police ask anyone with information on the incident to contact them at (812) 275-3311.
