(BEDFORD) - The Hometown Competitiveness Initiative will be launching a new program to help Lawrence County keep moving forward.
The Leadership Lawrence County program will be used to identify and develop leadership, communication and other skills to help people and businesses become more active in the community.
The Lawrence County Community Foundation and Economic Growth Council as well as the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce will be setting up a retreat in early October to launch the program.
