BPD To Close Part Of South IN-37 For Accident Investigation This Morning

(BEDFORD) - The investigation into the fatal, fiery rollover that left a Mitchell man dead continues today, and, as a result, part of IN-37 will be shut down.

Bedford police say the southbound lanes of IN-37 will be closed off between 7:00am and 11:00am this morning between 39th Street and the IN-37/US-50 merge.

Northbound lanes will not be affected at all today.

Bedford police say southbound drivers should, instead, exit IN-37 at 16th Street, take 16th until you turn right on M Street which becomes Mitchell Road.

Mitchell Road will lead you right back to IN-37 south past the accident investigation site.
