Bloomington Doctor Pays For Patient Security Breach

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington doctor will reportedly pay a $1,250 dollar fine to the state for dumping patients’ sensitive medical records into the trash behind his office.
Dr. J.B. O'Donnell also agreed to post information about the possible security breach on his web site for 30 days.
