Two Injured, One Dead In Wrecks On IN-135 Near Nashville

(NASHVILLE) - Brown County Sheriff’s deputies had a rough weekend on one specific curve on IN-135.
Two accidents over the weekend on this one curve involved motorcyclists, one of which has died.
Brown County officials say 33-year-old Travis Beckman of Indianapolis died Sunday afternoon on the curve about 2 miles north of Nashville. Saturday evening, 32-year-old Jay Haines and 33-year-old Lula Dawson, also of Indianapolis, were seriously injured when their bike crossed the centerline, ducked a couple oncoming vehicles and hit a guardrail.
Both were flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis in stable condition. Beckman's accident ended with him thrown into a ditch.
None of the bikers were wearing helmets.
