One Month Left To Apply For SBA Relief Loans
(UNDATED) - The Small Business Administration wants to make sure people get disaster relief loan applications in before the August 11th deadline.
Those who need help, and either haven't or won't receive enough to replace what was lost in last month's flooding from either FEMA grants or flood and homeowner's insurance, should sign up for an SBA loan to cover the difference.
Despite the loans coming from the Small Business Administration, loans are available to private home owners as well as to home and apartment renters regardless of whether or not there is a business involved.
Renters and homeowners can get up to $40,000 to replace household items and homeowners can get an additional $200,000 to repair and rehab real property.
However, you have to apply before August 11th. That's the absolute deadline.
