Two Behind Bars, One For Drugs, After Intoxicated Wal-Mart Run
(BEDFORD) - Two people are in custody after an intoxicated trip to Wal-Mart.
Bedford police officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart early Wednesday morning to a report of a woman intoxicated inside the store.
After officers spoke with 18 year old Lois Mason of Bedford, they determined she was under the influence of alcohol, and officers also found drugs in her possession.
Mason then directed officers to her car where they found 22 year old Dustin Gilley also of Bedford.
Both were lodged in Lawrence County jail, Gilley on a public intoxication charge, and Mason on charges of public intoxication, illegal consumption, possession of marijuana and Schedule III and IV controlled substances.
