Mother Files Lawsuit Over Daughter's Death

(BEDFORD) - The mother of the 8-year-old girl killed in a plane crash last year has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against employees of the Bedford Airport, a flight instructor and county commissioners.
According to the lawsuit filed by Beth Johnson, mother of Emily Johnson, Emily's father, Eric should not have been allowed to operate the plane without an instructor being aboard at all times.
Johnson is seeking to recover damages for loss of the child's services, expenses from the child's burial and funeral, loss of her daughters love and companionship and other things
