(BEDFORD) - The boards of Dunn Memorial Hospital and Bedford Regional Medical Center have been discussing their potential merger for ages now, literally years, and have finally decided to ask the public to weigh in on the decision.

This coming Monday, June 9th, from 6:30 to 8:00pm, a Community Panel Discussion will be held at Bedford Middle School's Schafer Auditorium, and the public is invited.

The panel will be discussing the opportunities and the possibilities of the merger between Bedford's two major medical care facilities, Dunn, which is owned by Lawrence County, and BRMC, which is owned by Indianapolis's Clarian Health.
