(MARTINSVILLE) - Even as rain poured down in Martinsville Friday, Gov. Mitch Daniels proclaimed the state has flooding under control.

On Friday, 14 more Indiana counties were declared eligible for federal storm aid. In all, 22 counties have been designated.
