Rep. Hill To Hold Flooding Summit In French Lick On Monday

(FRENCH LICK) - Indiana 9th District Democratic Congressman Baron Hill will be holding a flood summit in French Lick this coming Monday.
Local, state and federal officials will be joining Congressman Hill AT the French Lick Resort Hotel Monday at 12:15pm.
The goal of the summit is to engage Orange County residents in developing an action plan to address the flooding that kept many parts of French Lick, West Baden, Orleans and connecting roads underwater for what seemed like ages.
Hill says that, even though flooding in some form affects Orange County on a yearly basis, there doesn't seem to be any plan to relieve flooding in the area.
