Mayor Terrell Cancels Special Council Session

(MITCHELL) - The City of Mitchell has postponed tonight’s special meeting of the City Council.
Mayor Dan Terrell has issued a release saying that this is due to the illness of Councilman Dwight Moore, and the death of the mayor's father, "Peck" Terrell.
Mayor Terrell has said the next meeting of the city council will be May 5th, however, whether or not the fire department issue, which was to be tonight's subject, will be re-addressed has not been announced.
