(SPENCER) - Indiana State Police have arrested yet another employee of the Department of Corrections on drug charges.

This time, in Spencer, Bloomington State Troopers, after an investigation, were issued a warrant for 46-year-old Roy Dicus, who works as a Reception Diagnostic Center Correctional Officer, and his Spencer home.

Upon execution of the warrant, state troopers report finding a clandestine meth lab and finished product.

The Clandestine Lab Team dismantled the laboratory and officers arrested Dicus. Dicus stands charged with a Class-A felony of manufacturing meth, and lesser felony charges of possession of meth while in possession of a firearm and maintaining a common nuisance.

Dicus has since been suspended from his duties within the Department of Corrections without pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.
