(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bedford man has been arrested in a stabbing incident over the weekend in Bloomington.

Bloomington police say 26-year-old Justin Blackburn of Bedford allegedly got into a fight with another man and pushed him into a vehicle owned by a Jeffrey Lewis.

After the fight, police say Lewis confronted Blackburn about pushing the first man into his car, and another fight reportedly broke out.

During the fight, police allege Blackburn stabbed Lewis 3 times.

Blackburn would eventually be arrested in Bedford and taken back to Monroe County jail charged with aggravated battery.
