Mother Sold Daughter To Men For Sex, Faces 17 Years Behind Bars

(BROWNSTOWN) - A Seymour woman will spend the next 17-years in prison for selling her 12-year-old daughter to men for sex.
38-year-old Tina Day was sentenced Thursday in Jackson Circuit Court. Two men face a separate sentence for molesting the girl.
As the judge handed down her sentence he told day she'd taken her daughter's childhood away.
Police learned about the case when the victim confided in a school counselor.
