Kentucky Man Nailed In Spencer County For Drinking, Drugs

(GRANDVIEW) - A Kentucky man was nailed for felony drunk driving and drug charges in Spencer County.
State Police Jasper say 44-year-old Scott Blair of Utica, Kentucky was stopped for a traffic violation early Sarturday morning.
When officers made contact with him, they reportedly found him to be intoxicated, and that he had done this before.
To make things even worse, they also reportedly found him to be in possession of both marijuana and a legend drug.
Blair was lodged in Spencer County jail on felony charges of operating while intoxicated with a prior and possession of a legend drug, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
