Bedford Police Assistant Chief Dan Kirk tells WBIW News 20-year-old Allen Smith was arrested around 9:30 last night after he confessed to burglarizing a nearby trailer.

Kirk says smith was found in possession of several DVDs and video games, which, reports indicate, he was tossing over a fence into the woods when officers arrived.
