Bedford Man Suffers Head Injuries In Moped Wreck

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man suffered head injuries after wiping out on his moped yesterday.
Bedford police say 39-year-old John Dalton was heading south on J Street near 14th when he crossed the tracks, slid on the wet pavement and laid the scooter down.
Police reports say Dalton struck his head on the pavement in the accident, which occurred right in front of a Bloomington state trooper.
As a result, Dalton was taken by ambulance to Bedford Regional Medical Center.
