(SELLERSBURG) - A Scott County man is facing an awfully long time behind bars after his 3rd felony arrest…since January 6th of this year.
State troopers say 33-year-old Wilfredo "Willie" Hernandez Jr. of Scott County was picked up for dealing cocaine yesterday, a class A felony.
Hernandez's first arrest of the year came about when he was allegedly found with a firearm with a damaged serial number, which is a felony.
On January 9th, the Scott County prosecutor added felony charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a violent felon and possession of stolen property and habitual offender from that same offense.
Then on February 13th, state troopers nabbed Hernandez again for a felony account of escape, and then yesterday's coke charge.
Hernandez is currently sitting in Scott County jail awaiting his first court appearance.
