Police Pick Up Man Wanted On Robbery, Battery Charges

(DUBOIS COUNTY) - A Crawford County man was picked up last night on several outstanding warrants regarding an assault and robbery.
24-year-old Jason Smith was picked up for 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor, 3 of those charges involving his not showing up to court to face them.
State police have Smith lodged in Dubois County jail on felony charges of theft, 2 counts of failure to appear for robbery resulting in bodily injury and one misdemeanor of failing to appear for battery resulting in bodily injury.
