Major Accident Shuts Down IN-37 For Hours

(BLOOMINGTON) - State police and other law enforcement agencies in Bloomington were at the scene of a major personal injury accident on IN-37 near the 3rd Street underpass.
State Police Sergeant Curt Durnil says the southbound lanes of IN-37 were expected to be shut down until between 12:30 and 1:30 this afternoon as a crash reconstructionist works the scene.
This crash is being linked to the icy weather moving through the area.
