Loogootee Woman Nailed With Felony OWI

(DAVIESS COUNTY) - A Loogootee woman was picked up this morning on a felony count of operating while intoxicated in Daviess County.
State Police Jasper say 21-year-old Kelli Souerdike of Loogootee was stopped on US-50 in Daviess County for speeding, and, after making the stop, the trooper made the determination Souerdike was intoxicated.
The trooper also checked her background and found she had played this number before back in 2005, which would make this arrest a felony.
Souerdike was taken into custody and lodged in Daviess County jail.
