Columbus Man Faces Child Neglect Charges

(COLUMBUS) - A man is facing neglect and battery charges three months after his 2-year-old daughter was severely scalded by hot bath water.
25-year-old Carl Holt III of Columbus was charged yesterday in the November scalding that severely burned his daughter.
