CBS Owns Up, Will Pay For PCB Cleanup In Bloomington

(INDIANAPOLIS) - CBS Corporation has agreed to pay more than $31 million dollars to settle liability for the cleanup of six superfund sites in the Bloomington area.
CBS is the successor to Westinghouse, which used cancer-causing PCBS in the manufacturing of electrical capacitors at a Bloomington plant until the 1970s.
