Bloomington Students Win C-SPAN Studentcam Contest

(BLOOMINGTON) - Two Bloomington eighth graders are second prize winners in C-SPAN’s Studentcam contest.
Brendan Michaelson and Carl Sonnefeld won the honors for their documentary called "Violent Video Games." The project explores the effects of games on the minds of young people.
The boys learned how to produce their documentary during a video production class at Batchelor Middle School.
Their work will appear on C-SPAN in April. To check out the video go to www.studentcam.org/winner08 .
