IU Hosts "Startup Weekend" For Entrepreneurs In Bloomington
(BLOOMINGTON) - Ever wonder what it would be like to start your own technology business?
The IU School of Informatics wants to offer area entrepreneurs a chance to get a short-term feeling of how it works, and possibly even end up starting your own business!
Startup Weekend, which is a national business creation initiative, will be held February 8th through the 10th at Bloomington City Hall and for a $20 sign up fee, you can participate in the event which is sponsored by the Indiana University School of Informatics.
If you think you have a winning idea for a technology-related business, get together with other like-minded individuals, try to develop it, and maybe even get it rolling. Or, at least, use it as a chance to network and meet other people with the talent to make things happen.
