Bloomington Drug Investigation Ends With Arrests

(BLOOMINGTON) - A six-month long Bloomington police investigation came to an end Friday with the arrest of 13 people on drug-related charges.

Detective Sargent David Drake said the suspects dealt in cocaine, oxycontin and methadone - at least one smoked cracked cocaine - another marijuana.

While Drake said those caught weren't major dope dealers, he said their arrests will help quell petty crimes in the area.
