Bloomfield Teacher Resigns Following Arrest

(BLOOMFIELD) - First-year White River Valley school teacher Melinda Ellis has resigned, following her arrest on suspected driving under the influence.
Ellis and another teacher, Anita Miller, were both arrested last weekend. Ellis and Miller both face numerous charges, including possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Miller is also facing a public nudity charge for allegedly dropping her pants in front of Clay County sheriff's deputies.
