Thief Steals Items From Car, Leaves Puppy

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington couple found a puppy tied up in their front yard, apparently left there by whoever stole items from their cars Wednesday morning.
Jeff and Nancy Lee turned the dog over to Bloomington Animal Care and Control, saying they are unable to keep it.
