McIntyre's Replacement To Be Sworn In Today

(BEDFORD) - The replacement for the late Judge Richard McIntyre is due to be sworn in this afternoon.
In a ceremony in a circuit courtroom this afternoon at 1:30, Andréa McCord will be sworn in to take Judge McIntyre's seat on the bench in Lawrence County.
McCord was named Judge Pro Tempore early in November to handle McIntyre's work in the interim, and today she will be officially sworn in for good.
The first of November, Lawrence County Coroner John Sherrill confirmed Judge McIntyre had committed suicide in his Bedford home.
