(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man wrecked his vehicle while allegedly intoxicated near the intersection of Tunnelton and Old South Poor Farm Roads.

Lawrence County Sheriff reports say 65-year-old Jessie Moseley drove off the side of Tunnelton Road while driving southbound, struck a guardrail, drove across a culvert, struck a rock fence, and ran around a person's tree and through their yard to get back on the road.

When police made contact with Moseley, they administered a breathalyzer test which came back with a result of 0.11.

They then took him for certified results which came back at 0.22, almost 3 times the legal limit.
