Recount Scheduled For Bloomington City Council Race

(BLOOMINGTON) - There will be a recount of a Bloomington city council race.

Democrat Jillian Kinzie missed unseating Republican Brad Wisler by just seven votes. That's eight-tenths of a percentage point.
