Orleans Chamber Announces Christmas Light Contest Details
(ORLEANS) - The Orleans Chamber of Commerce has announced their plans for their annual Christmas lighting contest, which is open to anyone within 5 miles of the Town of Orleans.
The theme for this year's 16th annual event is "I'll be home for Christmas." However, there is a little change to the rules this year.
Anyone who has won 1st place within the past 2 years will be ineligible to win again this year.
Participants may enter their home or nominate the homes of others they find to be particularly spectacular, and judging begins December 10th. Participants are asked to have their decorations up and running in full from 6:00 until 9:00pm that night.
