Mitchell's Mayor-Elect Discovers Dog Shot To Death

(MITCHELL) - State police are probing into the death of a dog belonging to the mayor -elect of the small Southern Indiana town of Mitchell.
Dan Terrell found the three-year-old beagle shot to death with an arrow near his back door.
Terrell called police because he says he's received previous threats.
