Children Found In Home Filled With Dirty Diapers And Debris

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police found two lice-infected toddlers - ages one and two - living in deplorable conditions Thursday.
The girls were home alone, in a trailer filled with dirty diapers, dangerous debris and exposed wiring near an undrained bathtub.
The girls parents 22-year-old Samantha Lindsey and 26-year-old Hubert Bray are being held in the Monroe County Jail. The girls are in foster care.
