Bedford Man Arrested On Battery Charges

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested in a domestic battery that occurred Tuesday night.
Bedford police reports allege 48-year-old Greg Deckard struck, strangled and otherwise battered the 20-year-old woman he lives with.
The police report says Deckard allegedly choked the woman during an argument, punched her head and face, and refused to let her call police.
Deckard was taken to jail charged with domestic battery, intimidation, strangulation, and interfering with a 911 call.
