Widow Pleased Charges Brought Against Suspected Killer

(BLOOMINGTON) - The widow of a Monroe County jail officer fatally shot more than two years ago say she’s relieved a suspect has finally been charged in the case.
A 28-year-old man was charged late last week in the death of Bill Brand, but the motive isn't clear.
