Last updated on Monday, October 01, 2007
(NEEDMORE) - A Needmore babysitter is charged with misdemeanor battery after she allegedly got too rough with a 5-month-old baby she was working with at her day care.
Officials at the Imagination Station Day Care in Needmore say 19-year-old Ashley Franklin was fired last month for reportedly being too rough with the boy, leaving bruises on his upper arm.
Details on how the boy was injured are not being released, but the parents of the boy are no longer bringing him to the day care center.
