Mitchell Woman Drives Into Someone Else's Garage

(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman lost control of her vehicle and ran it into a garage.
Lawrence County Sheriff's officials say 46-year-old Kathy Bush was turning from northbound SR-37 onto Dixie Hwy, when she says her foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas.
After she hit the gas, her car crossed over the turn, took out a stop sign, and ran her late model Mercury right into a garage building at the corner.
No charges are pending against Bush, nor have any citations been issued.
