Loogootee Man Nailed For Second OWI

(LOOGOOTEE) - Indiana state police Jasper arrested a Loogootee man for his apparent second round of drunk driving.

29-year-old Mark Sutton of Loogootee was pulled over by state police after they suspected he was intoxicated.

Sutton refused the breath test offered and was taken into custody.

Upon further investigation, troopers found Sutton had been down this road before within the past 5 years.

Sutton was taken to Martin County jail and booked for operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a second offense with refusal.
