Bloomington Police Quarantine Area Near 2nd And Patterson

Bloomington police have the area around 2nd Street and Patterson Drive shut down.
Businesses in the area are under order to not let anyone in or out. People living and working in the area are urged to stay away from doors and windows.
There are reports of a man in the area with a rifle, however, these reports have not been confirmed as of yet by WBIW News.
