(BEDFORD) - Water levels in the white river are looking up, but officials are still urging Bedford residents to conserve water.
Bedford city utilities says the white river, Bedford's water source, has moved up about an inch or two after last weekend's rains.
Nevertheless, with little rain forecast for upcoming days, officials say conservation is still urged.
