Prosecutors Rest Case In Hembree Trial

(PAOLI) - Friends and relatives of an Orleans man charged in the child-abuse death of his infant daughter describe him as a loving father without any sign of an abusive temperament.
Prosecutors have rested their case in the neglect trial of Jay Hembree.
The jury is expected to get the case after Labor Day.
